By using this website or our services, you agree that you are 18 years old. Also, you have the legal right to make a binding agreement. 

2. Services Provided

Freight Connect LLC provides load booking and truck dispatch services. Our services include load booking, rate negotiation, paperwork assistance, and related dispatch support. Freight Connect operate as a dispatch service. We are not a freight broker or carrier of record.

3. Service Fees

We begin our services after the agreed-upon fees are paid, usually as a percentage of gross load revenue. Whatever is included in the service is outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

  • To maintain valid operating authority (MC number) and all required licenses
  • Carry adequate insurance coverage as required by law
  • Fulfil all load commitments booked through our services
  • Comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations 
  • To keep all equipment in safe, roadworthy condition

5. Limitation of Liability

Freight Connect LLC acts solely as a dispatch intermediary. Our company is not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from freight transportation. Moreover, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific load in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Freight Connect LLC & protected by applicable laws. Furthermore, reproduction without prior written permission is expressly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We have the right to modify these Terms at any time. If you continue using our services after changes, it will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact forms, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and phone calls from Freight Connect LLC. 

The SMS or text could be regarding dispatch services, load updates, and business communications. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Freight Connect LLC and the services you request.
